I envision learning environments where intentional design is the norm, not the exception.
Where diversity, including neurodiversity, is recognized as a strength. Where equity is built into the design instead of added later. Where technology expands opportunities without replacing good teaching. Where learners are trusted with voice, choice, and agency. Where cognitive engagement matters more than behavioral compliance. And where school is a place learners want to be, not because it's easy or entertaining, but because the work is meaningful.
Because every learning experience teaches something.
Let's make sure it's what we intended.
